INGREDIENTS

250g Cauliflower Florets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

METHOD
Put the cauliflower florets in the bowl of a food processor and using the pulse function process to make grains the size of rice.

Place in a heatproof bowl, cover with cling film, pierce with a fork and microwave on high for 3 minutes, there is no need to add water. Season with salt and pepper to taste and fluff up with a fork.
